Rob and Jamie Dugan started Your Venture Church in 2014 with a vision to create a place that doesn't  focus on your past but invests in your future. Rob and Jamie have been in full-time ministry for 25 years. Jamie is the Director of Operations and Co-Founder.  Together, they want to see God use ordinary people to do extraordinary things through Christ. 

Sean has been  in his role since August 2021. He enjoys getting to know people more through the Growth Track class and small group meetings. Building relationships is his passion as well as involving people to serve Christ seamlessly through  ministry opportunities at Your Venture Church.  Sean is married to his wife, Jordan, who is the online campus/social media director and a part of the worship team. Together, they have 2 children, Jase and Hadley. 

Scott has served in worship since Your Venture Church started in 2014 and officially joined as staff in April 2020.  His desire is  for people to experience an encounter with God through music and praise  to prepare everyone's heart before the service.  He is married to Taylor, who also serves on our worship team . They have two children Riley and Reagan. 

Kayleigh directs the children ministry on Sunday mornings and has been in this role since November 2022. Her top priority is that children have fun while learning about Jesus. She is married to her husband John, who serves on the worship team and has 3 children, Johnny, Avie and Jackson.

Ethan began serving in this role in 2020. He is passionate about bringing the service to life through lighting, sound, and videography. He works behind the scenes to set the technical environment for services. He is married to Kelsey, who serves in children's ministry and they are expecting their first child.
